Initiate Return
Log in to your VIRGIO account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and choose your reason for the request.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact to ensure they are protected during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
